CLOCKING IN JUST TO CHECK OUT? THERE’S NO JOY IN THAT.
Craft a career that feels like you.
Hi, I’m Ria! I’m a Life & Career Alignment Coach who helps you architect a purposeful future where your authentic self can truly shine.
Imagine a career that feels like finally exhaling after holding your breath.
You did everything right: went to school, picked a degree, got a job. On the outside, you’re the definition of success, but inside, you’re quietly unraveling. I would know—I’ve been there myself.
Though it may not seem like it, nothing is wrong. None of it is a reflection of your ability to craft the life you deserve. This crisis isn’t the end of your story—it’s just one transformative chapter of the your book. The fact that you’re reading this signals great things only yet to come.
Let me support you 1:1 to harness your inner strengths and cultivate a life where joy and meaning thrive together.
Is this you?
You grew up thinking there was only one path to success—only to find out, that happiness was not part of the equation.
You never dare consider other career trajectories when perfectionism and people-pleasing dictate who you should be.
Failure feels like letting down your parents or your family who sacrificed more than what they’ve shared with you, so your future could be stable and safe.
Your kind and compassionate voice is muted in a world misguided by the need to always do more to achieve success. But you refuse to be silenced any longer!
You live on an emotional roller coaster—swaying from motivation to drastically change trajectory to conceding this is all there is to life—when all you want is freedom to live authentically!
Allow your life to feel unbounded by the stories that have held you back.

Ria actively listened which is the most important aspect of being a coach. She genuinely showed up with curiosity and met me where I was, so that we may move forward together as client and coach.

Ria makes me feel seen. One time during a particularly vulnerable session, I shared some thoughts and feelings that I had never shared with anyone else, and Ria responded with a genuine sense of empathy, identifying with the niche experience I was addressing. I was hesitant to share those feelings because they felt very secretive and almost shameful to share out loud, but to be received the way I was with Gloria was so comforting. I still hold onto that feeling now as reassurance that my feelings are valid.

The “rose” exercise was insightful and helpful in uncovering what’s going well, what could be improved on, and what’s growing. I liked the visualization the exercise provided.
